How it started & why it matters

We began in 2017 with large-scale governance and policy-related research across India’s rural and urban landscape. This experience taught us to build systems that deliver accurate and verified data collection at scale.

 

We identified the critical gaps in consumer research: missing rural insights, fragmented services, and inconsistent data quality, especially in understanding consumer buying behaviour. Having solved these challenges in complex environments, we created InsightCrunch to bridge the gap.

 

Today, we offer end-to-end research services - quantitative research, qualitative research, CATI, CAPI, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and rural panels across 700+ districts. We help brands access inclusive, actionable insights built for real decisions.
